This is a legal document containing contractual provisions (terms and conditions). The client’s statutory rights are not affected. These booking terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish Courts. If any of these terms or any part of them are found to be invalid or unenforceable then such terms shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make them enforceable, valid and legal. If such modification is not possible, the affected provision or part thereof shall be deemed to be deleted. Any modification or deletion of a term or part of a term shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remainder of these terms.

1. Definitions

  • The “Company” refers to the trademark Transfer Bilbao, owned by A2B Transfers S.L. (company registered in Spain with number B-95767406).
  • The “Client” refers to the natural or legal person or persons who use or intend to use the services of the Company.
  • The “Transfer Provider” refers to the transfer service provider for which the Company acts as a booking agent.
  • The “Booking” refers to the purchase by the Client of a transfer service through the Website.
  • The “Departure Date” refers to the date of the outgoing flight.
  • “Transfer” refers to the connection from or to an airport through means of transport such as minibus, transfer bus, trains, private taxis or private shuttles.

2. Company Responsibilities

  • These terms and conditions apply only to bookings made directly through this website. Bookings made through third party websites are governed by the terms and conditions of those websites.
  • The company acts only as a booking agent for the transfer service provider. The company does not provide transfer services. The client will contract with the transfer service provider and will be subject to the terms and conditions of the transfer service provider. The full terms and conditions of the transfer service provider are available through the transfer service provider.
  • As a booking agent for the transfer service provider, the company is only liable to the client in cases arising from any negligence on the part of the company in processing the booking.
  • Any claims that the client has in respect of the transfer service provider and its services must be made directly with the transfer service provider.
  • However, these terms and conditions do not limit or exclude the company’s liability for any other claims that are contemplated by applicable law.

3. Bookings

  • Bookings made through the company’s website are deemed to have been made once a booking reference number has been issued. All terms and conditions are deemed to have been accepted when a booking reference number has been issued.
  • Telephone bookings are deemed to have been made when they have been confirmed by the company’s representative. All terms and conditions are deemed to have been accepted when a booking confirmation has been issued.
  • All transfer services are subject to availability.
  • The company reserves the right not to accept or honour a booking. A booking is not a guarantee of a place and the company may cancel a booking if the service provider informs the company that it is unable to fulfil the booking. In such circumstances the company will refund the customer’s money but will not accept liability for any resulting damage or loss.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they give a valid contact number and correct email address at the time of booking.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they read the confirmation email prior to their journey.
  • The Company will not accept liability for any costs incurred or losses arising from the Customer’s failure to provide a valid contact number and email address or failure to read the confirmation email prior to travel.
  • It is advisable for all customers to print the confirmation email and take it with them on their journey to the chosen airport.
  • The Company may use the information provided by the Customer at the time of booking for the following purposes:
    (a) to make the booking;
    (b) to process and obtain payment;
    (c) for the analysis and profiling of Customers’ parking preferences (e.g. market, customer and product analysis) to facilitate research, development and improvement of the products and services offered;
    (d) to enable the Company to provide relevant information through the Company’s marketing programme. The Company may keep the Customer informed of its products and services using any of the following methods: email, post, telephone, SMS. If the Customer wishes to opt out of receiving these marketing activities, they may advise the Company to do so.

4. Payments

  • Payments for reservations made by phone or through the company’s website can only be made with MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club or Switch. Cheques are not accepted.
  • If payment by card is declined the company and the transfer service provider reserve the right not to honour the reservation.
  • All quoted prices are in € Euros and include VAT where applicable.
  • When a reservation is made with a non-Spanish card the card issuer will charge the amount in the account in local foreign currency at the exchange rate in effect on the date of the transaction. A conversion fee may apply.

5. Cancellation Procedures

  • A booking can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the departure date.
  • To cancel a booking, please contact us on the phone number provided in the booking or write to us at info@a2b.es during office hours, quoting your booking reference number.
  • In order to be eligible for a refund, all cancellations must be notified directly to the company. Customers who cancel less than 24 hours before the departure date, or who do not use the service, or who do not arrive in time to catch the flight, will be responsible for full payment of the full price of the booked service.
  • All commissions charged by banks, credit cards or any financial service provider are non-refundable.

6. Modification Procedures

  • A reservation already confirmed by the company can be modified. 
  • This modification will strictly depend on the availability of space, the workload and the resources available to the transfer company.
  • To request a modification to a reservation please contact us through https://www.transferbilbao.es/ or send an email to info@transferbilbao.es or call us at the phone number provided in the reservation, during office hours – Monday to Friday 09.00 to 21.00.
  • In any case you must give the reservation reference number and the changes you want to make. Please check the modified reservation in the confirmation email.
  • The company will not be responsible if a requested modification cannot be offered or fulfilled.

7. Terms and Conditions of the Transfer Service Provider

  • All bookings are accepted subject to the current terms and conditions of the service provider. A full copy of these terms and conditions will be available upon request. These terms are summarized for information purposes only.
  • The transfer service provider is not responsible for any theft, damage or loss of property or personal items.
  • Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult, unless otherwise specified by the transfer service provider.
  • The transfer service provider has the right to refuse to transfer a person (before and during the trip) who, at the provider’s sole discretion:
    • appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol
    • has or appears to have a contagious disease
    • smokes or drinks alcohol (attempts to smoke or drink alcohol) in the vehicle
    • attempts to soil the vehicle with dirty clothes or bags
    • behaves improperly
    • endangers the comfort of passengers and the driver
      behaves in a manner that may cause a nuisance
      behaves in a manner that is not accepted in the country where the trip is being made.
  • The transfer service provider is not responsible for damage or loss caused by the negligence of passengers.
  • The transfer fee includes, for most destinations, the transfer of one suitcase and one carry-on bag per person.

8. Claims procedure
